"I'm Back To Doing What I Used To Do."
It was very difficult to walk and do daily activities before I had my hip replaced. My hip problem was actually from a cycling accident. Prior to the accident I had no problem with my hip. After 14 months it is working just fine.
The turning point for me to get the full joint replacement was the constant discomfort and pain in my hip.
Now that I have had my hip replaced I am back to doing what I used to do, besides running. Although my left leg is not as strong as it was before, it allows me to still enjoy cycling. There is some stiffness in my hip, but it is slowly getting easier to reach my toes to put on socks and tie my shoelaces.
