Orthognathic and Dental Surgery

Orthognathic procedures refer to corrective jaw surgeries undertaken to correct misalignment of the mandible (lower jaw) and maxilla (upper jaw). This type of jaw surgery may include jaw reconstruction and facial deformity correction.

Dental surgery procedures refer to the rebuilding of the maxillary and mandibular alveolar ridges (tooth bearing part of the jaw bones) in preparation for a dental implant or multiple dental implants to be placed.
