ACTIS® 

Total Hip System

The ACTIS® Total Hip System is the first DePuy Synthes Companies stem designed to be utilized with tissue sparing approaches, such as the anterior approach, as well as traditional approaches. The implant and instrumentation are designed to facilitate proper fit and placement of the femoral prosthesis using tissue sparing techniques. Features of the implant as well as instrumentation allow insertion of the prosthesis with minimal soft tissue, pelvis and incision impingement.

    DUOFIX HA Coating combines POROCOAT® Porous Coating, which allows for biological fixation to bone, with the addition of a 35 micron layer of HA coating.2

    ACTIS Hybrid Broaches feature extraction and compaction broaching technology which allows for preservation of patient anatomy while ensuring adequate fit in the canal.
