COR® Precision Targeting System
The COR® Precision Targeting System is a single patient use pre-sterile Osteochondral Autograft Transfer System featuring “No Impact Transfer” and “Low Impact Delivery” for protection of chondrocyte viability. It also features a first-of-kind perpendicularity device enabling perpendicular selection of the recipient and donor sites to maximize graft congruency. The disposable instrument kit allows the option of an Arthroscopic or Mini-Open technique.

Drill bit with Spade Cutting Tip
Spade tip minimizes tip wandering. Fluted channels remove bone chips and reduce friction and heat that could cause cell damage.

The cutting tooth underscores graft and ensures a complete and uniform plug is harvested
Protects chondrocyte Viability1,2
Gentle graft handling with “no-impact transfer” and “low impact delivery” The unique Guide/Cutter allows harvesting and transfer. After harvesting the Guide/Cutter is inserted into the loader allowing transfer to the delivery tube by pushing on the cancellous surface. During delivery the plunger gently presses on the chondrocyte surface to deliver the graft to the recipient site.
8 and 12mm Dual-Sided Tamp
Allows fine tune graft placement after delivery of the graft to the recipient site.

Pre-sterile Disposable Instrument System
Available in 6,8 and 10mm diameters with perpendicularity rod. Available in 4,6,8 and 10mm diameters without perpendicularity rod.

Allows elevation of defect size prior to selecting a pre-sterile kit.
